With finals season right around the corner, finding a comfortable study environment can be difficult, especially when it comes to cramming in last minute studies. During this stress filled season, Sonoma State University provides several different outlets for students to get in some quality study time. The Student Center, specifically, offers a variety of different events including the “Stress Free Zone at W+B & the Student Center” as well as special hours and free coffee at SIP.
If one has ever dreamt about spending a semester or year in a different state, country, or even continent, stop by the Global Engagement Office on Thurs., Nov. 21 to attend a Study Away Information Meeting.
As the leaves fall and cold weather is beginning to creep up, there is no better way to prepare for weather changes than to start purchasing some new, cozy, fall clothing. Starting this Mon., Nov. 11 at 7:30 a.m., Sonoma State University’s Student Store, located on the second floor of the Student Center, will be hosting a Buy One, Get One 25% Off All Champion sale until Sat., Nov. 23 at 3 p.m.
This past Tues., Oct. 29, from 5 p.m.-6 p.m., the Honoring, Uniting, & Building (HUB) Multicultural Center at Sonoma State University planned on hosting a Social Justice Documentary Series, where they were going to show the documentary “Period. End of Sentence.”
On Thurs., Oct. 24 from 3 p.m.- 5 p.m., Sonoma State University’s very own Join Us Making Progress (JUMP) Sustainability invites students to come get their gardening on at the Campus Garden Volunteer Day.
