Nick Rivas, Sports Editor
Nick Rivas is a fifth-year communication major born and raised in Newport Beach, Calif. Nick played multiple sports growing up with a main focus on baseball and basketball. He was a writer for the STAR last semester in the Sports and News sections. The sky is really the limit for what he would like to do post graduation, but it must pertain to a professional baseball or basketball team, preferably teams like the Giants, Warriors, Angels, Kings, etc. He plans to work in the PR department for the Junior Giants over the summer and continue into the workforce after.
